Dave Johnston works in Belfast as a consultant anaesthetist with a specialist interest in regional anaesthesia and pain related peri-operative research. He trained in Northern Ireland and completed his training with a regional anaesthesia fellowship in London Health Sciences Centre, Ontario.
He is a co-opted RA-UK board member, EDRA examiner and the secretary for the Northern Ireland Regional Anaesthesia Society. He works as a demonstrator and lecturer at the Queen’s University MSc anatomy programme.
