Ki Jinn Chin, MBBS(Hons), FRCPC, is a Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine at the Toronto Western Hospital, University of Toronto, Canada. He completed medical school at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, U.K., and his anesthesiology training in Singapore. Following that, he undertook dual fellowship training in Neuroanesthesia (University of Western Ontario) and Regional Anesthesia (Toronto Western Hospital). He has a deep interest in the use of ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia to improve patient care, comfort and outcomes, and is widely published in this field. He is actively involved in regional anesthesia education, and is the Regional Anesthesia Fellowship Program Director at Toronto Western Hospital, University of Toronto.
