Cancellation policy 

We appreciate the difficulties for delegates regards both planning and travel during a pandemic. Similarly, as meeting organisers it is also problematic. We have therefore tried to introduce some flexibility by offering the option of upgrading from virtual to in-person.


  • Virtual bookings are non-refundable.

  • In-person bookings will only be refundable if Scottish government guidelines change and prevent the meeting being held in person. If you test positive for Covid prior to the conference and cannot travel we will provide virtual attendance and refund the cost difference (PCR evidence must be provided).

  • In order to allow us to plan with the venue, there is no option of changing to virtual from in-person. If you are uncertain please book virtual and upgrade.

  • Workshops are non-refundable.

  • The course dinner is non-refundable but if we can resell the ticket we will refund the cost minus an administration charge of £10
