Below are some frequently asked questions and answers regarding the event. 

Registration

HOW DO I REGISTER TO ATTEND?
Click the registration button, select your registration type (In-person or Virtual) and complete the form.
 
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
You will be asked to make payment by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this, but instead will be able to use a credit or debit card. Please follow the links at the end of the registration page.
 
WHAT TIME DOES THE CONFERENCE START AND CAN I ARRIVE LATE?
The conference programme is located on the website under the ‘programme’ tab. Here you can find what is happening on each day, and the times of the sessions and workshops. The registration desk will be manned throughout the event so if you arrive late, you can still collect your name badge and literature.
 
WHEN IS THE EARLY BIRD DEADLINE FOR TICKETS?
Early bird tickets will end on Sunday 18th February 2024

 
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND FOR THE FULL DAY?
We do of course encourage attendees to participate in the full day of lectures and workshops, however we also hope you find time to see London
 
CAN I REGISTER ON THE DOOR?
No. All delegates must register and pay for the event before attending.
 
WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL TICKET?
No. Tickets will not be required for the event. You will receive a confirmation email, which you can use to gain access to your personalised programme. Your name will be registered and your badge scanned on the days you attend.
 
WILL MY TICKET BE REFUNDED IF I CANNOT ATTEND DUE TO COVID?
If you have booked an in-person ticket, and you cannot attend due to Covid restrictions we will give you full access to the virtual event online. Refunds will not be issued.
 
CAN I ATTEND IF I HAVE COVID SYMPTOMS?
We kindly ask that you don’t attend the event in-person if you are suffering with symptoms of Covid-19. Instead, please contact us for virtual log in details.
